Sports Therapy
A sports therapist is a health professional who must be a part of a professional body to provide therapy services. Sports therapists have the ability, knowledge and skills to assess and treat sporting injuries and other medical conditions. They treat pain and injury through manual therapy and rehabilitation. Sports therapy can benefit many different people, from those who are active and regularly participate in sports or those who have a more sedentary lifestyle, possibly sitting at home or at a desk for long periods during the day.
